How We Support You
Our Core Services
At Psychiatry & Lifestyle Medicine, every treatment plan blends evidence-based psychiatry with personalized psychotherapy and lifestyle medicine. Below is what care looks like in practice and how each service supports your whole-person well-being.
Medication Management
Thoughtful medication care is one part of a larger treatment picture. Dr. Fowler takes an individualized approach to prescribing, prioritizing clarity, education, and ongoing collaboration. Medications are used intentionally alongside therapy and lifestyle modifications to support long-term mental health and well-being.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy provides space to better understand thoughts, emotions, and life experiences that shape mental health. Sessions are tailored to each patient and may draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, with the goal of helping you gain insight, build resilience, and move through life transitions with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Lifestyle Medicine
Lifestyle medicine focuses on the daily habits that directly influence physical health, brain health and emotional well-being. Small, sustainable changes can have a powerful impact, supporting recovery, preventing relapse, and helping patients feel more grounded in their everyday lives.

Insurance & Reimbursement
Psychiatry & Lifestyle Medicine is an out-of-network practice and does not participate directly with insurance plans. Many patients are still able to receive reimbursement for a portion of their visits through their insurance provider.
If you choose to use your insurance benefits, Dr. Fowler will provide a detailed “superbill” after each appointment. You can submit this document to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Patients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider in advance to ask about:
-
Out-of-network mental health coverage
-
Deductibles and reimbursement rates
-
Whether superbills are accepted
All payments are made directly at the time of service, and we’re happy to guide you on what information your insurer may request.
